Property Conditions and Access
Customers are responsible for disclosing known underground utilities, sprinkler systems, invisible fences and septic components within work areas. Equipment access routes are agreed before work begins.
No Warranty of Outcomes for Trees
Tree work involves living organisms and weather. Pruned trees regrow; treated trees may still decline; storm events can affect any landscape. We stand behind the quality and completeness of the work performed as quoted, not future biological outcomes beyond industry-standard practice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, Bramlett's Tree Trimming's liability arising from services is limited to the amount paid for those services, except where gross negligence or willful misconduct applies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Lafayette County, Missouri courts where applicable law permits.
